We have three tiers of ongoing maintenance & support, built around how much you need us.
TIER 1
Maintenance Essentials
$150 per month
Provides recommended ongoing maintenance to keep your site operating properly. Good for organizations handling their own website updates and don’t need any assistance.
Client-requested updates are not included and billed hourly.
Monthly work includes:
- Security & malware monitoring
- WordPress core & plugin updates
- Monthly offline manual backup
- Server performance monitoring
- API / social feed monitoring
- Broken link monitoring
- Uptime monitoring
- Site analytics report emailed to client monthly
Client requests are quoted separately before work begins, and monitoring does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the detection of every incident.
TIER 2
Client Care
$250 per month
Dedicated time each month for client-requested website updates and consultation.
30 minutes dedicated time each month for assistance.
Monthly work includes:
- Everything in Maintenance Essentials
- Same-day response within business hours
- Next business day completion of client requests
- Content Management System assistance
- Additional website training sessions
- Simple text-based edits and style adjustments
- Replacing/adding photos
- Strategy and consultation meetings
30-minutes monthly maximum for client-requested website updates and consultation only: unused time does not roll over, is not transferable, and cannot be applied to quoted development, redesigns, or new features.
TIER 3
Client Care
Plus
$350 per month
Additional dedicated time each month for client-requested website updates and consultation, plus priority turnaround.
1 hour dedicated time each month for assistance.
Monthly work includes:
- Everything in Client Care
- Priority turnaround on requests
- Same business day completion of client requests
1-hour monthly maximum for client-requested website updates and consultation only: unused time does not roll over, is not transferable, and cannot be applied to quoted development, redesigns, or new features.
Requests Requiring a Separate Quote Include, But Are Not Limited To: design revisions; content updates requiring graphic design or photo editing; content updates requiring writing or substantial copyediting; new landing pages; new features; and third-party integrations.
