What is Google My Business?
A social media platform that is sometimes overlooked, Google My Business offers consumers a glimpse into your company. Sharing your business hours, customer reviews, website link and other important information (phone number and location) is an easy way for people to learn about your business.
When you search for a company or business, a large panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen on a laptop or desktop computer. If you’re using a phone, it will be the at the top of the search. This is the “knowledge panel” and is driven by a Google My Business account. For example, if you were to Google “Kerigan Marketing Associates,” you would see this panel and an overview of our business.
