KMA Business Continuity Plan for COVID-19
Published on March 23, 2020 by Jack Kerigan
Our office is open and business hours have not changed, but we want to update you on upcoming steps during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
We want to let our clients and friends know that we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 spread. At this time, we are still working inside our Florida office with normal business hours.
However, in the coming days or weeks, our team members may be transitioning to a remote work status and we want to share our Business Continuity Plan with you. We have successfully operated remotely, in the past, for months in the aftermath of 2018 Hurricane Michael. We plan to provide the same uninterrupted service to our clients including:
WEBSITE & EMAIL HOSTING
We maintain over 100 client websites all safely hosted on cloud-based virtual private servers. All websites are backed up in case of any emergencies.
ADVERTISING FILES
All client advertising materials such as video files, radio spots, graphics and website files are backed up to our secure cloud storage.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Should we move to a remote work status we will send a follow up advisory. All KMA team members have the resources in place to work remotely, and already do so from time to time.
COMMUNICATIONS
Our phone system is internet based and team member contact phone numbers and email addresses will not change. In the event that email is unavailable, we will use our company Facebook page, at https://www.facebook.com/keriganmarketing/, for updates and important communications.
HOURS OF OPERATION* (unchanged)
Mon-Thurs: 8a – 6p
Friday: 8a – 5p
Sat-Sun: closed
